When it comes to meditation, you'll be able to find that it can be applied while you are sitting, standing, walking, and even laying down. Once you have mastered one type of Zen you'll be able to move on to other types.

Of course, you'll be able to change the things that you do not like about yourself, but you will also need to face yourself and pinpoint the things that you do like about yourself. It is very important that when you go through the Zen training that you start thinking about the things that you cannot change. You need to find inner peace by finding satisfaction in the person that you are.
