Find a room in your home and relax. Use the Zen process to help you be more physical and emotional outgoing. You can do it. You do not have to worry about others finding out your secret. You can be the only one to know if that is what you really want. You can feel good because you are using something that can help you be a stronger and more enjoy able person with every passing day that you practice the Zen that you have learned. You can constantly learn new things and make it something that is going to help you do just about anything that you want in life.
