Personal transformations develop from conversions, or alteration of the way one thinks. For this reason, we can practice each night these techniques to improve our overall life by giving the self a complete makeover.

Each night allow the recordings to feed your mind while you sleep. If you have a hard time sleeping with sounds in the backdrop, try using meditation to guide your mind and body so that you feel relaxed. You can drift off into a sounder sleep through relaxing through meditation. Once you wake up take a few moments in the morning to examine the mind to see if it is ready to reveal any information it retained during sleep time.

If it is not, do not force it. Rather take care of your daily responsibilities and before you drift off to sleep explore your mind.
