Less Stress Less Mess to Self Reliance and Constructive Change

Stress is the major cause of unhappiness among the population today. When you're stressed, you are bogged down with negative thoughts, feelings and ideas. Remove the stress from your life and watch the happiness, good thoughts and comfort roll back into your life. Removing stress will vastly increase your state of health; help you to live longer and actually enjoy the longer life you'll be living. Fear, unhappiness, anger, frustration, and sadness… these things can all lead to a very stressed-out life. Being stressed can have you feeling threatened, frightened and scared of change. With people of the modern era working twice as long, twice as hard, and for half the incentive, it's no wonder the population is so stressed! All this stress leads to frequent illness and can even result in death!

Stress isn't entirely evil, however. Although this might seem radical, funny and even absurd, stress can be one of the greatest motivators you can have!

Above everything else, you must not fret about your current situation. Even if your lot in life is not nearly what you expected, you have no idea what the future holds, so why be glum? You need to slow down your life and live it day-by-day, if not second by second, so you can maximize the amount of effort and time put into your life. If you are experiencing tension constantly, you may want to look into therapeutic ways to relieve this tension such as massages, herbal teas or nice relaxing walks. Turning to things like drugs or alcohol for release is a bad idea and will only set you back in progress. If for instance, you aren't getting enough sleep and you think that alcohol with calm you and let you get the rest you need, you are wrong. Alcohol interrupts the essential REM sleep your body needs and can mess up your entire internal clock system.

Instead, you can make a trip to the local pharmacy and make a purchase of some herbal supplements to help you relax and sleep. These supplements will relax your nerves and provide you with a comfortable, REM-filled sleep. These supplements will cost much less than narcotics or alcohol and will be much safer and healthier for your system, contributing even more to your overall removal of stress. The problem with most people is that they are unable to detect stress when they are actually having it, most people will have many signs of a stressful life and not even know it!





The classic sign of stress is when you are overly irritable. When you are constantly on the edge, very sensitive, judgmental or quick-tempered you are most likely over-worked and over-stressed. Pessimistic attitudes are quick to take offence or otherwise very emotional are also signs that you are stressed, which you will need to control. Bodily signs like twitching, nail biting and sweating are very good indicators of stress, as well as more serious and threatening signs like nausea, ulcers and excessive consumption of cigarettes or alcohol. When you find it almost impossible to focus or concentrate on one thing, it's most likely that your mind is swimming with too many thoughts.


Moreover, you are overworked because of stress. Obsessing over decisions, being incredibly meticulous about meaningless things and being too analytical or a “perfectionist” may also be warning signs of stress. Various emotional symptoms that indicate stress can be, low self-esteem, panic attacks, uncontrollable anger, jealousy, constantly being on the verge of tears, bad dreams, uncontrollable laughter or even the inability to laugh.

All of this stress is incredibly detrimental to both your health and your state in life. By realizing that stress could very well be your main problem, this could motivate you to rid your life of stress and therefore increase your happiness exponentially.
